Frequently asked questions

Everything worth knowing before your appointment.

Bookings, diagnostics, estimates, timing and parts: find direct answers to the most common workshop questions.

Do I need an appointment or can I drop by?
We recommend booking, especially for diagnostics and work that needs time. For urgent cases, contact us and we will tell you the first useful step.
Do you do electronic diagnostics?
Yes. We perform fault-code reading, functional testing and targeted checks before proposing an intervention.
How long does a diagnosis take?
It depends on the symptom. Some checks are quick, others need road tests or deeper verification. We explain timing and costs before proceeding.
Is the estimate free?
When a quick assessment is enough, we can provide an estimate. If technical diagnosis or fault tracing is required, we explain that first and agree on the check cost.
Do you use original or equivalent spare parts?
We evaluate original parts, equivalent parts or solutions that match the vehicle, usage and budget. The choice is always explained.
Can you service cars still under warranty?
We can carry out maintenance while respecting required procedures and specifications. Bring the service book and vehicle information.
Do you handle brakes and suspension?
Yes. We inspect discs, pads, brake fluid, shock absorbers, arms and other components related to safety and stability.
Do you offer pre-inspection checks before the official inspection?
Yes. We can check brakes, lights, tyres, wipers and other visible issues in advance so you approach the inspection with a clearer picture.
Do you sell and fit tyres?
Yes. We can advise on summer, winter or all-season tyres, as well as fitting, balancing and wear checks.
Do you handle damaged windscreens and other vehicle glass?
Yes. We assess chips, cracks and glass that may need replacement, explaining whether repair or replacement makes the most sense.
Do you repair motorcycles too?
Yes. We handle maintenance, seasonal checks and wear-item interventions for motorcycles.
Do you manage company vehicles or small fleets?
Yes. We can plan maintenance, checks and priorities to reduce downtime and keep vehicles reliable.
